Fowler Ridge Wind Farm - Phase I (Fowler, IN) - One of the largest wind
farm construction projects in the Midwest, this project encountered many
scheduling challenges. RVT performed construction materials quality control
services on 182 Vestas wind turbines and 40 Clipper wind turbines. At the
peak of construction, RVT mobilized nine technicians to provide services
necessary to make this project a success.

Keenan II Wind Farm (Woodward, OK) - RVT performed construction materials
quality control services on 66 Siemans 2.3 MW wind turbines, which went online
in December of 2010. Services RVT provided include proofrolling and
density testing of access roads, concrete testing for foundations, backfilling
around foundations, and grout testing for the towers. At the peak of
construction, RVT had five technicians mobilized to the site.

Blue Sky/Green Field Wind Farm (Fond du Lac, WI) - RVT performed construction materials quality control
services on 88 Vestas wind turbines, which went online in May of 2008.

Cedar Ridge Wind Farm (Eden, WI) - RVT performed construction materials quality control services on 41 Vestas
V82 1.65 MW wind turbines, which went online in December of 2008.

construction project, Calpine Construction Management Company, Inc. (CCMCI)
selected RVT to provide quality management, testing and consultation on this 550
MW power plant.

Microbial Sciences Building
(Madison, WI) - The University of Wisconsin - Madison started construction
on a premier, state of the art facility. RVT provided the geotechnical
exploration, pressuremeter testing, and Osterberg Load Cell
testing of the caissons. During construction, RVT provided a full
range of construction materials testing services.

Fox Cities Performing Arts Center (Appleton, WI) - This
project had challenging site conditions, including a filled ravine that crossed
the site and very soft clays below a thin crust of stiff clay. Reaching
bedrock with the foundations had the potential to stop the project.

power and Calpine Corporation came to the rescue with this 350 MW plant in
southern Wisconsin. RVT provided a full range of testing, geotechnical and
