Come work where you can make a difference!  Join our engineering management team.  Prospective candidates should have at least a BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred), be registered (or have the ability to get registered) as a PE in Wisconsin, and have at least four years experience as a manager/director.  An emphasis in geotechnical engineering preferred.  Candidate will have the role and responsibility of catalyst and sponsor of aggressive growth for the office, requiring self-initiative and the fortitude to take strategic concepts and turn them into reality.  To accomplish this goal, the successful candidate will exhibit visionary leadership and strategic thinking skills, be a mentor for others, and have a highly competitive, results-oriented and charismatic personality.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Organizing, managing and executing consistent and continual business development prospecting activity

• Developing, promoting and executing a marketing plan to gain recognition for the company

• Personally championing the building of a referral network foundation in the marketplace

• Managing personnel and office administration

• Working with corporate management and other branch managers to establish and maintain a strategic business plan for the company
