Engineering Technician

The largest portion of our work force is made up of our engineering technicians. There are no minimum education levels, professional licenses, or certifications required; however, ACI and/or Wisconsin HTCP certifications would be desirable. We do not require previous experience, although previous testing experience and knowledge of the construction industry in general are highly preferred. Candidates must be 18 years or older, have a Class D - Regular driver's license, understanding of basic math, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. and carry it 100 yards on a regular basis. Technicians work full time, first shift, Monday through Saturday (some Saturdays may apply during the busy season). The majority of time is spent working on construction sites.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Conducting field and laboratory tests on soil, concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials
Completing accompanying paperwork.
